Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies for direct and indirect spend categories.
- Manage end-to-end RFP processes, from initial vendor identification to final contract negotiation.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to proactively adjust procurement strategies.
- Foster strategic partnerships with key suppliers to ensure long-term value and quality reliability.
- Lead cost-saving initiatives and track KPIs to demonstrate tangible procurement ROI.
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and streamline purchasing workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with global trade regulations and internal procurement policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement roles.
- Proven track record of managing high-value contract negotiations and supplier relationships.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and e-procurement software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- CPSM or PMP certification is highly preferred.
