Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies to achieve cost-savings targets.
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycles, from RFP/RFQ development to final negotiation and execution.
- Cultivate and maintain high-impact relationships with key strategic suppliers to ensure service level excellence.
- Monitor market trends and commodity prices to provide actionable intelligence for business stakeholders.
- Implement lean procurement processes to improve operational efficiency and inventory turnover.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.
- Ensure full compliance with corporate governance and internal purchasing policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance; MBA or CPSM certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement roles.
- Deep expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced spend analytics.
- Proven ability to negotiate multi-million dollar enterprise contracts.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into business strategy.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of international logistics and trade compliance regulations.
