Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for $50M+ annual spend across 5 key categories
- Lead complex vendor negotiations and contract management for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze market trends and data to optimize procurement spend and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving initiatives
- Manage and mentor a team of 3 procurement specialists
- Drive sustainability initiatives in vendor selection and supplier relationships
- Implement and maintain procurement KPIs using SAP Ariba and Coupa platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in management
- CPSM or CIPS certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract law, and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle)
- Proven track record of achieving 10%+ cost savings in complex categories
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and market research
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to manage global supplier networks
