Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for $50M+ annual spend portfolio
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, reducing TCO by 15%+ through market analysis and negotiation
- Manage 50+ vendor relationships with focus on innovation and ESG compliance
- Implement and optimize procurement automation using SAP Ariba and Coupa platforms
- Drive category management for indirect spend (IT, Marketing, Facilities)
- Lead cross-functional procurement transformation projects
- Analyze market trends and risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor 5-person procurement team on best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years procurement experience with 5+ in managerial roles
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement accreditation
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and cost reduction
- Expertise in contract management and supplier relationship development
- Advanced proficiency in ERP procurement modules (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing international supply chains across APAC
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
