Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or healthcare sector
- Expertise in U.S. healthcare systems and federal regulatory frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated success in developing policy recommendations for senior leadership
- Strong writing skills with samples of published policy papers or reports
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one within 90 days
