Responsibilities
- Analyze complex socioeconomic data to inform policy recommendations
- Develop and evaluate regulatory frameworks for public sector programs
- Coordinate cross-departmental stakeholder consultations
- Prepare Cabinet-ready briefing notes and legislative proposals
- Conduct impact assessments on emerging policy initiatives
- Maintain compliance with federal transparency and accountability standards
- Lead research projects using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of government policy analysis experience
- Expertise in statistical analysis (SPSS/R) and policy modeling
- Proven ability to navigate federal procurement processes
- Valid Secret Security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Treasury Board directives
- Strong bilingual proficiency (English/French)
