Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in federal policy analysis or government affairs
- Expertise in housing policy, infrastructure funding, or community development programs
- Advanced proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Demonstrated success in drafting legislation and influencing policy outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
