Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive policy research and analysis on healthcare reform initiatives, Medicaid programs, and public health regulations
- Develop and implement data-driven models to evaluate policy impacts on vulnerable populations and healthcare accessibility
- Prepare high-stakes reports, briefings, and testimony for congressional committees and agency leadership
- Coordinate with state agencies, healthcare providers, and advocacy groups to gather stakeholder input

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in federal/state government or healthcare sector
- Expertise in healthcare policy frameworks, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and Affordable Care Act implementation
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (R, SAS, Stata) and data visualization platforms
- Demonstrated success in translating complex data into actionable policy recommendations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to present to high-level officials
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one within 90 days
