Responsibilities

- Prepare high-impact policy briefs and legislative recommendations for Cabinet review
- Oversee budget allocation for urban infrastructure projects ($10M+ portfolios)
- Mentor junior analysts and manage interdepartmental task forces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years progressive policy analysis experience in public sector
- Expertise in Canadian municipal governance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis (R, Python, SAS) and GIS mapping
- Proven track record of developing successful federal policy initiatives
- Valid Secret Level security clearance
- Professional designation (e.g., MCIP, PMP) highly desirable
