Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years analyzing public sector policies with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in quantitative research methodologies (R/Python/Stata)
- Proven track record of collaborating with federal/state/local government bodies
- Deep understanding of housing, transportation, or economic development frameworks
- Clearance eligibility for handling sensitive government information
