Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in government or public sector policy analysis
- Proven expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Demonstrated success in developing data-driven policy recommendations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in policy analysis software (e.g., Stata, R, or SPSS)
