Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive policy research and analysis for federal healthcare programs
- Develop legislative proposals and regulatory frameworks aligned with agency goals
- Collaborate with congressional committees and stakeholder groups on policy implementation
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and impact assessments for proposed initiatives
- Prepare detailed briefing materials for senior leadership and congressional testimony
- Mentor junior analysts on policy development best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of federal government policy analysis experience
- Expertise in healthcare policy, Medicaid/Medicare programs, or public health
- Proficient in quantitative analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, R) and policy modeling
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for complex audiences
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
