Responsibilities

- Develop policy briefs, legislative proposals, and implementation frameworks
- Monitor emerging trends in urban development and assess policy impacts
- Coordinate interdepartmental projects and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and present findings to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in quantitative research methods and statistical analysis tools
- Deep knowledge of federal regulatory frameworks and legislative processes
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable policy recommendations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
- Experience with stakeholder management and public engagement strategies
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
