Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging healthcare trends and develop evidence-based policy recommendations for senior leadership
- Lead cross-functional task forces to implement federal health programs across 50 states
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research using advanced statistical modeling tools
- Author high-impact policy briefs, regulatory impact analyses, and congressional testimony documents
- Manage stakeholder engagement with industry leaders, advocacy groups, and international partners
- Oversee program evaluation frameworks ensuring compliance with federal mandates
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining rigorous quality assurance standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Health Administration, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive policy analysis experience in government or regulated healthcare environment
- Expertise in healthcare economics, Medicaid/Medicare programs, and ACA implementation
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (R, SAS)
- Demonstrated success in drafting legislative language and regulatory frameworks
- Active Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional written communication with published policy analysis in peer-reviewed journals
