Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive policy research and impact assessments for infrastructure development projects

- Prepare high-stakes briefing materials for cabinet ministers and senior leadership
- Monitor implementation outcomes and recommend adaptive policy adjustments
- Represent the ministry at stakeholder consultations and public forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in public/government sector
- Advanced proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Demonstrated success in developing complex policy frameworks
- Expert knowledge of Ontario's infrastructure governance landscape
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid security clearance eligibility
