Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate federal healthcare policies using advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Collaborate with congressional committees, state agencies, and stakeholder groups on policy implementation

Qualifications

- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government or regulated healthcare sector
- Expertise in healthcare financing systems and Medicare/Medicaid regulations
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (R, SAS, Stata) and policy modeling software
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable policy recommendations
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Experience with federal budget processes and regulatory impact analysis
