Responsibilities
- Analyze complex socioeconomic data and legislative frameworks to inform evidence-based policy recommendations
- Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives with community groups, government agencies, and private sector partners
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs, implementation roadmaps, and impact assessments
- Monitor legislative developments and regulatory changes affecting municipal governance
- Coordinate interdepartmental projects to ensure policy alignment and operational efficiency
- Present findings to executive leadership and public forums using data visualization tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Political Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, Python, Stata)
- Demonstrated success in designing and evaluating policy interventions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Valid U.S. government security clearance eligibility
- Experience with participatory governance methodologies
