Responsibilities
- Analyze complex urban policy challenges using quantitative/qualitative research methods
- Develop comprehensive policy recommendations for federal infrastructure programs
- Coordinate with congressional stakeholders and federal agency partners
- Lead interdepartmental task forces on sustainable development initiatives
- Prepare high-impact policy briefings for senior leadership and congressional committees
- Oversee implementation of community revitalization grants and programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government/public sector
- Expertise in federal grant management and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (R, Python, SPSS)
- Demonstrated success in developing legislative proposals
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills for high-stakes audiences
