Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare legislation and regulations to inform strategic policy recommendations
- Lead stakeholder engagement with federal agencies, congressional offices, and advocacy groups
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using federal data systems (e.g., CMS, CDC)
- Develop policy briefs and implementation roadmaps for senior leadership
- Monitor emerging health trends and assess their policy implications
- Coordinate interagency working groups on healthcare access initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Health Administration, or related field
- 5+ years analyzing federal healthcare policy or regulatory systems
- Expertise in healthcare economics, insurance markets, or public health programs
- Proficient with federal procurement regulations and grant management
- Strong quantitative skills with experience in statistical analysis tools
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
