- Oversee budget allocation processes for federal urban development grants
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using advanced statistical modeling tools
- Prepare high-impact policy briefs and testimony for congressional hearings
- Mentor junior analysts and coordinate cross-departmental task forces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in federal/local government policy development
- Advanced proficiency in policy analysis frameworks (e.g., PESTLE, SWOT)
- Expertise in quantitative analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Proven track record of successful legislative advocacy program management
- Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
- CFP or PPMP certification preferred
