Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare data and emerging policy trends to inform strategic recommendations
- Develop and evaluate policy options for critical health programs including Medicare, Medicaid, and public health initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs, legislative proposals, and testimony for Congressional committees
- Collaborate with federal agencies, stakeholders, and external partners to build consensus on health policies
- Monitor implementation of new legislation and assess real-world impact on vulnerable populations
- Lead cross-functional teams to address urgent public health challenges and emergencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Health Administration, Public Health, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in health policy analysis, federal government, or healthcare administration
- Expertise in U.S. healthcare systems, health economics, and evidence-based policy development
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and research findings
- Proven ability to produce high-impact policy documents and presentations for senior leadership
- Experience working with Congress, federal agencies, and health policy stakeholders
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
