Responsibilities
- Analyze complex urban policy challenges using quantitative data, qualitative research, and stakeholder interviews
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations aligned with federal objectives and community needs
- Lead cross-functional teams in drafting legislative proposals and regulatory frameworks
- Present findings to congressional committees, agency leadership, and public forums
- Monitor policy implementation effectiveness and recommend adjustments based on performance metrics

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government or public sector

- Deep understanding of federal urban policy frameworks and legislative processes
