Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze complex economic policy frameworks for federal programs
- Conduct quantitative research using econometric modeling and data analytics
- Prepare Cabinet-ready briefing notes and policy recommendations
- Collaborate with interdepartmental stakeholders on cross-cutting initiatives
- Represent ministry at parliamentary committees and stakeholder forums

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics, Public Policy, or related field
- 5+ years of federal/provincial government policy experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, Stata)
- Demonstrated experience with fiscal impact analysis
- Valid security clearance at the Secret level
- Exceptional written communication skills for policy documents
- Knowledge of Canada's parliamentary process
