- Prepare comprehensive briefing papers and testimony for congressional committees

- Conduct comparative analysis of international urban policy frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in quantitative research methods and statistical modeling
- Proven track record of developing legislative proposals
- Proficiency with GIS software and policy simulation tools
- Security clearance eligibility (required)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-year policy implementation cycles
