Responsibilities

- Present policy recommendations to senior leadership and congressional committees

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive policy analysis experience in government or regulated healthcare sector
- Expertise in healthcare economics, Medicare/Medicaid systems, or public health regulations
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (R, SAS, Stata) and policy modeling software
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable policy recommendations
- Superior written/verbal communication skills with congressional testimony experience
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
