Responsibilities
- Lead complex policy research and analysis on socio-economic issues
- Develop evidence-based recommendations for cabinet submissions
- Coordinate interdepartmental policy initiatives and stakeholder consultations
- Monitor legislative changes and assess policy impacts
- Present findings to senior leadership and parliamentary committees
- Mentor junior analysts and manage policy development workflows
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years in government policy development or public administration
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Proficiency in policy analysis frameworks and impact assessment
- Knowledge of federal legislative processes and regulations
- Security clearance eligibility (Reliability Status)
