Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in quantitative research methods (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Deep understanding of federal housing and transportation regulations
- Proven track record of developing successful legislative proposals
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
