Responsibilities
- Analyze complex urban development data and trends to inform policy recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to draft and implement federal grant programs
- Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions with municipal leaders and community organizations
- Prepare legislative briefings and testimony for congressional committees
- Monitor policy implementation outcomes through quantitative and qualitative assessments
- Lead interagency working groups on sustainable city initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in government policy analysis or public sector consulting
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated success in translating research into actionable policy frameworks
- Security clearance eligibility (required for federal work)
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Act and Community Development Block Grant programs
