Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex pharmaceutical research protocols including formulation development and stability studies
- Lead cross-functional teams in preclinical and clinical trial phases, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance
- Analyze experimental data using advanced statistical methods and interpret results for strategic decision-making
- Maintain rigorous documentation and prepare regulatory submissions (IND/CTD) for FDA/EMA approval
- Stay current with emerging pharmaceutical technologies and industry best practices
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to departmental innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in drug formulation, analytical chemistry, and biopharmaceutical development
- Strong knowledge of FDA/EMA regulations and GMP/GLP principles
- Experience leading clinical trial design and regulatory documentation processes
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, R) and laboratory instrumentation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to stakeholders
- Published research in peer-reviewed pharmaceutical journals preferred
