Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex drug development projects from discovery to clinical trial phases
- Design and conduct pharmaceutical experiments with rigorous documentation and adherence to GMP standards
- Analyze biological data using advanced statistical methods and interpret results for regulatory submissions
- Mentor junior scientists and foster cross-functional collaboration with R&D teams
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in pharmaceutical sciences
- Prepare high-quality regulatory documentation for FDA/EMA approvals
- Represent the company at scientific conferences and industry symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in drug formulation development and analytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS)
- Strong understanding of FDA/EMA regulations and ICH guidelines
- Demonstrated success in publishing peer-reviewed research or patent applications
- Proficiency with statistical software (R, SAS, Python) and experimental design
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Validated leadership experience managing cross-functional projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
