Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial management from protocol development to close-out
- Recruit, screen, and monitor participants while maintaining ethical standards
- Ensure adherence to FDA regulations, GCP guidelines, and institutional protocols
- Coordinate with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory agencies
- Manage trial documentation, budgets, and timelines using CTMS platforms
- Analyze clinical data and prepare regulatory submissions
- Mentor junior research staff and conduct site audits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related health field
- 5+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in oncology/immunology
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in ICH-GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 812, and HIPAA compliance
- Proficiency with clinical trial management systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Strong data management and statistical analysis skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Valid Massachusetts nursing license preferred
