Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex drug formulation and development projects from concept to clinical trial
- Design and optimize analytical methods for compound characterization and stability testing
- Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and ICH regulations including GMP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Clinical, Regulatory) to align project milestones
- Conduct thorough literature reviews and stay updated on emerging pharmaceutical technologies
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in drug formulation, analytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS), and stability protocols
- Strong understanding of regulatory pathways and GMP compliance requirements
- Demonstrated project management skills with successful product development track record
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in complex scientific environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present technical data to diverse stakeholders
