Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor clinical trial protocols ensuring regulatory compliance (FDA, ICH-GCP)
- Coordinate patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment across multiple study sites
- Manage electronic data capture systems and maintain accurate trial documentation
- Lead investigator meetings and prepare regulatory submissions (INDs, IRB applications)
- Analyze clinical data and prepare comprehensive study reports for stakeholders
- Mentor junior staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of clinical research coordination experience in therapeutic areas
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proficiency with EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm)
- Demonstrated knowledge of FDA regulations and clinical trial methodologies
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for multi-stakeholder collaboration
