Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex preclinical studies for novel oncology therapeutics
- Develop and optimize analytical methods for compound characterization and stability
- Manage CRO partnerships and oversee GLP-compliant toxicology studies
- Mentor junior scientists and drive innovation in high-throughput screening platforms
- Author regulatory submissions (IND/CTA) and clinical trial protocols
- Present findings at international conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Medicinal Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in oncology drug discovery and preclinical development
- Proficiency in HPLC, LC-MS, and cell-based assay methodologies
- Strong track record of IND-enabling studies and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external collaborations
- Proven publication record in high-impact journals
