Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex preclinical research studies

Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
- 5+ years of industry experience in drug discovery
- Expertise in in vitro and in vivo pharmacology models
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency with HTS automation and data analysis software
- Fluency in English and German
- Experience with GMP/GLP protocols
