Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex preclinical drug development protocols
- Lead analytical method development and validation for novel compounds
- Oversee GMP-compliant manufacturing processes for clinical candidates
- Generate regulatory documentation and support FDA/EMA submissions
- Mentor junior scientists and drive process optimization initiatives
- Present findings at scientific conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
- 5+ years of industry experience in drug discovery or development
- Expertise in HPLC, LC-MS, and spectroscopic analytical techniques
- Proven track record in IND/CTA-enabling studies
- Strong knowledge of FDA/EMA regulatory guidelines
- Experience with GLP/GMP environments and documentation
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project teams
