Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of preclinical drug development studies
- Oversee analytical method development and validation for pharmaceutical compounds
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on clinical trial protocols
- Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and ICH regulatory guidelines
- Present research findings at scientific conferences and publications
- Mentor junior scientists and optimize laboratory workflows
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in drug discovery or CMC development
- Expertise in HPLC, LC-MS, and analytical instrumentation
- Proven track record of IND/NDA submissions
- Familiarity with GMP/GLP regulations and quality systems
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals
