Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end drug development programs from preclinical to clinical phases
- Design and execute complex pharmaceutical experiments with advanced analytical techniques
- Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines for GMP/GLP
- Present findings to cross-functional teams and regulatory authorities
- Mentor junior scientists and optimize laboratory workflows
- Author regulatory submissions and patent documentation
- Collaborate with CROs and academic partners on novel therapeutic platforms
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in drug formulation and process development
- Expertise in analytical methodologies (HPLC, LC-MS, NMR)
- Strong understanding of regulatory pathways and quality systems
- Pubished research in peer-reviewed pharmaceutical journals
- Experience managing complex project timelines and budgets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with GMP documentation and electronic lab systems
