Responsibilities
- Design and execute preclinical studies to evaluate novel therapeutic compounds
- Lead cross-functional teams in drug discovery and development phases
- Analyze complex biological data using advanced statistical methods
- Prepare regulatory documentation (IND/CTA) for FDA/EMA submissions
- Collaborate with CRO partners to manage clinical trial protocols
- Present findings at international scientific conferences
- Maintain compliance with GMP/GLP and industry standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Chemistry, or related life science field
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical R&D experience
- Proven track record in IND/CTA preparation and regulatory submissions
- Expertise in preclinical study design and data interpretation
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, SAS, Python)
- Published research in peer-reviewed scientific journals
- Experience managing laboratory budgets and resources
