Responsibilities
- Lead design, execution, and analysis of complex preclinical studies for novel therapeutics
- Develop and optimize analytical methods for drug characterization and stability testing
- Prepare regulatory documentation (IND/CTA) and ensure compliance with FDA/EMA guidelines
- Mentor junior scientists and cross-functional teams in project execution
- Present research findings at scientific conferences and industry forums
- Collaborate with CMC and clinical teams to support product development lifecycle
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in analytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, NMR) and formulation development
- Proven track record in regulatory submissions and GMP compliance
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference presentations
- Proficiency with electronic lab notebooks (ELN) and data management systems
