Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex pharmaceutical research protocols
- Lead drug formulation development and stability studies
- Analyze experimental data using advanced statistical methods
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs on compliance documentation
- Mentor junior scientists and research associates
- Present findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Stay current with emerging pharmaceutical technologies and trends
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in drug development
- Expertise in analytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, NMR)
- Proven track record of IND/NDA submissions
- FDA/ICH regulatory compliance knowledge
- Strong project management and leadership abilities
- Publish record in high-impact pharmaceutical journals
- Experience with GLP/GMP laboratory environments
