Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex pharmaceutical research experiments in oncology and immunology
- Lead cross-functional teams in drug discovery, preclinical development, and translational research
- Develop and optimize novel drug candidates using advanced analytical and molecular techniques
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and international regulatory standards
- Present research findings to senior leadership and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior scientists and publish high-impact peer-reviewed articles
- Drive innovation in AI-assisted drug design and personalized medicine approaches
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Chemistry, or related life sciences field
- Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical R&D experience in drug discovery
- Proven expertise in oncology/immunology therapeutic areas
- Strong publication record in high-impact journals (Nature, Science, Cell)
- Proficiency in HPLC, LC-MS, and molecular biology techniques
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project management
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with regulatory submissions (EMA, FDA) preferred
