Responsibilities
- Lead design, execution, and analysis of preclinical drug development studies
- Develop and optimize novel pharmaceutical formulations and delivery systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including toxicology, pharmacology, and regulatory affairs
- Author comprehensive study protocols and regulatory documentation (IND/CTA)
- Present research findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed publications
- Maintain compliance with FDA, EMA, and ICH-GCP guidelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Medicinal Chemistry, or related life science field
- 5+ years of industry experience in pharmaceutical R&D
- Expertise in in vitro/in vivo drug screening and ADME profiling
- Proven track record in developing IND-enabling studies
- Strong proficiency with analytical HPLC/LC-MS techniques
- Experience with GMP/GLP laboratory environments
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project teams
