Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end drug discovery projects from target identification to lead optimization.
- Design and execute complex in vitro and in vivo experiments to validate therapeutic efficacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medicinal chemistry and clinical development, to accelerate project timelines.
- Analyze multi-dimensional biological datasets and interpret findings to guide decision-making.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of rigorous scientific integrity and innovation.
- Prepare technical reports, patent filings, and peer-reviewed manuscripts.
- Present research findings to senior leadership and external scientific collaborators.
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in pharmaceutical research.
- Expertise in high-throughput screening and automated laboratory instrumentation.
- Demonstrated record of high-impact publications or patent success.
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (e.g., GraphPad Prism, R, or Python).
- Strong ability to manage complex project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
