Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end drug discovery projects from target identification to lead optimization.
- Design and execute complex experimental workflows to evaluate compound efficacy and safety profiles.
- Analyze multi-dimensional biological datasets to derive actionable insights for molecule development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, clinical, and manufacturing teams to ensure pipeline alignment.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of scientific excellence and rigorous peer review.
- Author high-quality technical reports and internal documentation to support IND filings.
- Present research findings to senior leadership and external stakeholders at scientific conferences.
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related life sciences discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in drug discovery environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in cell-based assays, high-throughput screening, and flow cytometry.
- Strong background in molecular modeling and bioinformatics software tools.
- Proven track record of scientific publication and successful project delivery.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex experimental challenges.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to influence within a matrixed organization.
