Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex preclinical studies for novel therapeutics
- Develop and optimize analytical methods for compound characterization and stability
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with FDA/EMA guidelines
- Mentor junior scientists and present findings at industry conferences
- Manage project timelines and budgets for research initiatives
- Drive innovation in formulation development and drug delivery systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in HPLC, LC-MS, and spectroscopic analytical techniques
- Proven track record in GMP/GLP laboratory environments
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Familiarity with ICH guidelines and regulatory submission processes
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
