Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient assessment and care in high-acuity emergency settings
  • Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining sterile protocols
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, specialists, and case managers
  • Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR system within 24 hours
  • Maintain inventory and equipment in trauma bays and critical care areas

  • Respond effectively to rapid response and code blue situations

Qualifications

  • Valid NY State RN license with minimum 3 years ED experience
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
