Responsibilities

- Prepare regulatory documentation and contribute to patent applications
- Mentor junior scientists and present findings at international conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in high-throughput screening and lead optimization
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Familiarity with GGLP and FDA regulatory requirements
- Advanced proficiency in analytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, NMR)
- Demonstrated project management skills with budget oversight
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
