Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of preclinical studies for novel drug candidates
- Analyze complex biological data using advanced statistical methods
- Develop and optimize analytical methodologies for compound characterization
- Prepare regulatory documentation for FDA submissions
- Mentor junior scientists and present findings at industry conferences
- Ensure compliance with GMP and GLP protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or related field
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical R&D experience
- Expertise in HPLC, LC-MS, and molecular biology techniques
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Proven track record in IND-enabling studies
- FDA regulatory affairs knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
