Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or related life sciences with 5+ years of industry experience
- Proven expertise in drug discovery methodologies and molecular biology techniques
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed pharmaceutical research journals
- Familiarity with FDA/EMA regulatory guidelines and IND/CTA preparation
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis software (R, Python, SAS)
- Demonstrated leadership in managing preclinical research projects
